Mackay's Fitness for Fires

RAISING FUNDS FOR THE AUSTRALIAN HEROES.

On Saturday 18th January, myself and my partner Lee Renshaw owner of F45 Training Mackay City located in Mackay, QLD will be hosting a full day of #FitnessForFires events to raise funds for the Australian firefighter heroes who lost theirs lives and homes in the ongoing Australian bushfire crisis. As the catastrophic bushfires continue to rage with no end in sight, ongoing donations and support is crucial!

How F45 Mackay will be supporting our country during the bushfire crisis:

>> Saturday Morning - 'HEROES HOLLYWOOD' | 3 x sessions.

>> Saturday Afternoon - F45 MC vs Magpies FC Charity Football Match | 1pm Kick-off at Magpies Sporting Club.

>> #KoalaChallenge - Anyone who completes the Koala Challenge, share their video and tags F45 Mackay, we will donate $5.

Please head to our social media pages; Facebook & Instagram for more information regarding local fundraising events. If you are unable to attend our fundraiser events but would still like to get behind us, then please donate via our GoFundMe Page.

Sadly, he was fighting the fires in Batemans Bay when he found out that his own home was under threat. He made it back to the property at 2am after fighting fires all day and battled the blaze on his own for six hours. Unfortunately, the Herring Family lost everything to the bushfires.

Thank you for your support, it means a lot. Our F45 Family helping their families!
